Changes in the Management Board of Enea Połaniec

On 30 June 2017 Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A.’s General Meeting made a decision to change the composition of the Management Board of this company.  As of 1 July the management board of Enea Połaniec will operate in the following composition: president of the board – Lech Żak, vice-president of the board for technical issues – Marek Ryński and vice-president of the board for financial affairs – Jacek Kutz.

Lech Żak, president of Enea Połaniec, is graduate of the major of Electrical Power Engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznan University of Technology.  He also graduated from e.g. relevant postgraduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics, Poznan University of Economics and Wielkopolskie Business School. Connected with the energy sector for over 40 years, went through all the stages of professional experience, from engineering to managerial duties.

He was e.g. the first president of Enea Operator. He holds all professional licences required in the power engineering sector, is the author of innovative solutions within the organisation and financing ESCO projects and utility models within energy engineering. He uses his professional skills in social work in sectoral associations, e.g. as the Chairman of the Branch of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers SEP. Has been the vice-president of Enea Połaniec for technical issues since March 2017.

Marek Ryński, vice-president of Enea Połaniec for technical issues, is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology. He connected his professional career with Enea Połaniec where he commenced work 21 years ago as the operator of a turbine set and subsequently was regularly promoted to higher management positions. Marek Ryński has been the production director in Enea Połaniec.

Jacek Kutz, vice-president for financial affairs in Enea Połaniec, is a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics. Has been working in Enea Połaniec for 15 years on managerial positions within finance. Previously, connected e.g. with Ujście Glass works and the Porcelain and Porcelite Production Plant in Chodzież. Jacek Kutz has been the financial director in Enea Połaniec.
