What kinds of personal data do we process?
We process the following personal data: your e-mail address and the stakeholder profile.
What purposes do we process your personal data for?
We process your personal data to send by email to you as our stakeholder any relevant information concerning ENEA Capital Group, in particular stock exchange updates – current and periodic reports, share price quotations and information on upcoming events for investors and analysts. For this purpose, we process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
After withdrawal of your consent for data processing, your personal data will be processed to satisfy our legitimate interest only in security copies, that is in accordance with the legal basis specified in Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR. The legitimate interest is to ensure the operational continuity of the IT system.
The data is provided on a voluntary basis but its provision is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
Right to withdraw your consent for data processing
We process your personal data subject to your consent only. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. by clicking the link provided in the footer of any newsletter message or by contacting us under the email address provided above. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of data processing done based on your consent prior to the withdrawal thereof.
Rights of the data subject
We guarantee that all rights as the data subject pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be observed. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to request access to or correction, erasure or transfer of your data, or to request restriction of or object to the processing thereof, or not to be subject to the automated decision-making, including profiling.
Right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority
At any time, you have the right to make a complaint in connection with the processing of your personal data to the supervisory authority, that is to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
How long will we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored until you have withdrawn your consent or to the moment of gaining knowledge that the contact is no longer valid, and subsequently, in security copies of the IT system, for the following 30 days based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
When and who will we transfer your data to?
For purposes of the necessary protection against malicious activity of internet bots, we make use of the Google-provided service reCAPTCHA. To that aim, we may transfer any required data to Google LLC. The transfer of such data complies with the rules laid down by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
Your personal data may be disclosed to employees of the Data Controller and, pursuant to agreements, to data processing contractors who have undertaken that the proper standards of data protection are ensured.
Automated data processing
At no time will your personal data be processed in an automated way.
