Changes in the composition of Enea Operator

The Management Board of Enea Operator will be extended with the position of the Vice-president for Innovation and Logistics. On Friday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company decided that the new function will be held by Wojciech Dróżdż, the so far Vice-president of Enea Operator for Economic and Financial Affairs. And the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders nominated Sławomir Mirkowski to the position of the Vice-president of Enea Operator for Economic and Financial Affairs. The changes will enter into force on 10 October 2016.

Wojciech Drożdż, Vice-president for Innovation and Logistics, is an associate professor, habilitated doctor of economic sciences and a graduate of the University of Szczecin, Poznań University of Economics and University of Warsaw. He specialises in the energy economics and energy security management, international economic relations and international logistics. He is connected with Enea Group, and before holding the position in Enea Operator he was the advisor of the board in Enea Trading.

Sławomir Mirkowski, Vice-president for Economic and Financial Affairs, is a manager with 21 years of professional experience. During his career he was engaged in financial management, controlling and operations. Sławomir Mirkowski is a Master of Economics, a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business and a certified auditor and holds a controller’s diploma. Recently, he was the president of Omni3d. He worked e.g. for such companies as BP Gas Poland, Grant Thornton Polska and Bank BPH. He was also a member of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors.
