In reference to the Current Report no. 18/2024 of 18 April 2024 on a decision on the intention to carry out a bond issue under the ENEA S.A. bond issue program, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reports that on 25 April 2024 it decided to repurchase before maturity (buy back from the holders) all or part of the ENEA0624 series bonds with the designated ISIN code of PLENEA000096 ("Bonds"). The Company will repurchase the Bonds in order to redeem them.

The Issuer intends to purchase the Bonds from the holders in the second quarter of 2024.

The Bonds will be repurchased before maturity through the intermediation of Bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna - the Brokerage Office Branch in Warsaw.
