The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that on 18 March 2024 it became aware of the decision of the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (“Court”) dated 15 March 2024 regarding the Court’s registration of amendments to the Company’s Statute made in accordance with Resolution No. 3/2024 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of 30 January 2024. According to information obtained from the National Court Register, the entry in the register was made on 18 March 2024.
According to information obtained by the Company, the Court’s registration pertains to amendments to the following provisions of the Statute: §14(2), §14(6), §14(7) and §23.
