The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 29 January 2024 the Company received statements from the Minister of State Assets that on the same date the Minister exercised his powers to appoint a member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to § 24 sec. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association.

According to the said statements, the Minister of State Assets, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, appointed, effective as of 30 January 2024, Mrs. Agata Ewa Michalska - Olek to the Company's Supervisory Board.
