Subject: Information on the outcome of the capacity market auction for 2028

The ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 14 December 2023, in consequence of the capacity market auction for 2028 (primary auction), a total of not less than 1,216.936 MW of the capacity obligation was contracted for members of the ENEA Group. The closing price of the auction, which was completed in the 6 round, is within the range between PLN 226.36 per kW per year and PLN 264.05 per kW per year.

The ENEA Group's portfolio of capacity contracts has been supplemented with 1,216.936 MW under renewed one-year contracts, having reached a total of not less than 2,131.936 MW for 2028.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome of the capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will be published within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the authority's Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction.
