The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that earlier today it received information from the State Treasury acting as a shareholder about its intention to propose Ms. Aleksandra Agatowska as a candidate for a member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board in connection with the convening of the ENEA S.A. Extraordinary General Meeting for 13 March 2023.
Presented below is the biographical note concerning Ms. Aleksandra Agatowska provided by the said shareholder.
Ms. Agatowska is a manager with extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors. Since 2016, she has served as a Management Board Member at PZU Życie S.A. - at first as an ordinary Member and since February 2021 as President of the Management Board. She has also served as Supervisory Board Chairwoman at Alior Bank S.A. and PZU Zdrowie S.A. and Supervisory Board Member at PZU Centrum Operacji S.A. and TUW PZUW S.A. Prior to these roles, she acquired her professional experience in companies of the ING Group, HDI (currently: Warta), Sony Europe and Philips SA, where she headed the Marketing and Business Intelligence team covering over a dozen countries in the region. She has also collaborated with the Center for Public Policy Evaluation and Analysis at the Jagiellonian University. She graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has completed numerous management programs in the fields of strategy, management and finance at prestigious educational institutions, including Columbia University, the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. She holds an Executive MBA degree obtained from Kozminski University.
