The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reports that on 3 February 2023 the Company received notices from an entity closely related to a person holding a managerial position in the Company regarding transactions on the Issuer's financial instruments, which is subject to disclosure pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Attached hereto please find the wording of the notices received by the Issuer.
