With reference to Current Report No. 66/2022 of 18 November 2022, the ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby provides supplementary information on Ms. Aneta Kordowska, a newly appointed member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office.

Ms. Aneta Kordowska is an economist, public official and graduate of Executive Master of Business Administration studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She acquired her professional experience working since 2005 in advisory and managerial positions, including at the Prime Minister's Office, the Chancellery of the Sejm, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and while cooperating with other state administration authorities.

She also acquired corporate experience in the area of serving corporate bodies and coordinating the development of long-term strategy assumptions.

She has been a member of a number of supervisory boards in companies operating in the power and defense sectors.

She serves as President of the Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa Foundation [Polish Armaments Group Foundation].

Ms. Aneta Kordowska completed a number of training courses in management, audit, cybersecurity and protection of classified information. In connection with the positions she holds, she is covered by up-to-date security clearances up to the highest levels of classified information, also issued by the EU and NATO.

According to her representation, Ms. Aneta Kordowska does not conduct any activity in any form that would compete with ENEA S.A., nor does she participate in any competing company as a partner in a civil or commercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in a company and she does not participate in any competing legal person as member of its governing body. Ms. Aneta Kordowska is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
