The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that the following shareholders had at least 5% of votes at the Company's Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM") which was held on 24 June 2022:

- State Treasury, which at the OGM held 227,353,628 ENEA S.A. shares, to which 227,353,628 votes were attached, accounting for 72.37% of the total number of votes at the OGM and 51.50% of the total number of votes in the Company, and

- PZU "Złota Jesień" Open-End Pension Fund, which at the OGM held 21,996,000 ENEA S.A. shares, to which 21,996,000 votes were attached, accounting for 7.00% of the total number of votes at the OGM and 4.98% of the total number of votes in the Company.
