("Company") hereby reports that earlier today it received information from the State Treasury acting as a shareholder about its intention to propose the following persons as candidates for the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office in connection with the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. for 24 June 2022:

- Ms. Dorota Szymanek,

- Mr. Paweł Koroblowski,

- Mr. Radosław Kwaśnicki,

- Mr. Tomasz Lis,

- Mr. Roman Stryjski,

- Mr. Rafał Włodarski.

The Issuer also notes that, as at the date of this current report, the above persons serve on the Company's Supervisory Board of the current term of office.
