The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that in accordance with Communication No. ONP/2022/048 issued by the Operating Department of the Central Securities Depository of Poland ("KDPW"), the Company's 88,288,515 series D ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1.00 each will be registered in the Central Securities Depository on 10 June 2022.

Detailed legal basis: §17(1)(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
