The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that it has received Statement No. 505/2022 of the Central Securities Depository of Poland ("KDPW") of 8 June 2022 in the matter of entering into an agreement with the Company to register 88,288,515 the Company's series D ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1.00 each ("Series D Shares") in the central securities depository and assign to them the code ISIN PLENEA000013 on the condition that these shares are listed on the same regulated market as that on which the Company's other shares marked with the code ISIN PLENEA000013 are also listed.

The Series D Shares will be registered in the central securities depository in connection with the closing of accounts kept for transferable rights to shares marked with the code PLENEA000104 within three days of KDPW's receipt of the decision on the listing of the Series D Shares on the same regulated market as that on which the Company's other shares marked with the code ISIN PLENEA000013 are also listed, but not earlier than on the date specified in the decision as the date of listing of the newly registered shares on the regulated market. The notice of registration of the Series D Shares will be delivered in the form of an operational communiqu_#233; from KDPW.
