With reference to Current Report No. 50/2020 of 23 November 2020 regarding the filing by the "Synergia" Inter-Company Trade Union of ENEA Group Employees with its registered office in Poznań ("Synergia Trade Union") of legal action to repeal Resolution Nos. 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the ENEA S.A. Ordinary General Meeting of 30 July 2020 and acting pursuant to §19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for considering the information required by laws of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that, earlier today, it obtained information about the handing down, by the Regional Court in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division, of a judgment dated 25 January 2022 dismissing the legal action brought by the Synergia Trade Union and at the same time awarding the Company the reimbursement of the trial costs. The judgment is not final non-appealable.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
