The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 21 December 2021 the Company received the letter of resignation tendered by Mr. Mariusz Fistek from serving in the capacity of an ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board member as of 22 December 2021. The reason for resigning was not specified.
