The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that, on 7 December 2021, it adopted a resolution to change the address of the Company's registered office, following which as of 13 December 2021 the current address (ul. Górecka 1, 60-201 Poznań) will be replaced with: ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 item 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
