The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that earlier today it received information from the State Treasury acting as a shareholder about its intention to propose Mr. Tomasz Lis as a candidate for a member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board in connection with the convening of the ENEA S.A. Extraordinary General Meeting for 18 November 2021.

Attached hereto is a biographical note on Mr. Tomasz Lis.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English.
