The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 15 September 2021 the Company received the letter of resignation tendered by Mr. Ireneusz Kulka from serving in the capacity of a Supervisory Board member and in the capacity of the Chairman of the Audit Committee as of 16 September 2021. The reason for resigning was not specified.
