Acting pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...] ("Regulation"), the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby specifies the dates of publication of its periodic reports in 2021.

Consolidated extended quarterly reports containing standalone quarterly financial statements:

QConsdExtd for Q1 2021: 27 May 2021

QConsdExtd for Q3 2021: 25 November 2021

Consolidated extended half-year report containing condensed standalone half-year financial statements:

HConsdExtd for H1 2021: 16 September 2021

Annual report:

Y - standalone annual report for 2020: 25 March 2021

YConsd - consolidated annual report for 2020: 25 March 2021

At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continue the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation.

Please be advised that, acting in compliance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2020 or Q2 2021.

Furthermore, please be advised that the consolidated report on payments to public administration referred to in § 61 sec. 4 of the Regulation will be published alongside the consolidated annual report, that is on 25 March 2021.
