The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 17 November 2020 the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Jarosław Ołowski, ENEA S.A. Management Board Member for Financial Matters, from the ENEA S.A. Management Board.

The resolution came into effect on the date of its adoption.

The Issuer's Supervisory Board refrained from disclosing the reasons for the dismissal of Mr. Jarosław Ołowski.
