The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 7 October 2020 the Company obtained information that on 6 October 2020 the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("Court") registered the most recent amendments to the Company's Statute.

According to the information obtained by the Company, the Court made entries in the register concerning the following amendments to the Statute: (i) amending § 20 sec. 3(8), § 20 sec. 4, § 20 sec. 3(3)(a), § 20 sec. 2(5), § 11 sec. 2(7), § 11 sec. 2(9), § 11 sec. 2(10), § 11 sec. 2(12), § 20 sec. 3(2), § 20 sec. 3(4), § 20 sec. 3(6), § 20 sec. 3(7), § 20 sec. 3(10), (ii) repealing in full § 40 sec. 3, (iii) inserting, in § 11, after sec. 8, a new sec. 9, (iv) repealing in full § 20 sec. 5(4), (v) amending § 22 sec. 7, § 27 sec. 1, § 27 sec. 4, § 27 sec. 5, § 29 sec. 4, § 30, § 6 sec. 3, (vi) repealing in full § 7, (vii) amending § 11 sec. 4(2), § 13 sec. 6, § 13 sec. 8(d), § 17 sec. 1, § 20 sec. 2(10)(b), § 20 sec. 5(5)(b), § 24 sec. 1, § 31 sec. 2, § 36 sec. 1, § 36 sec. 3(1), § 36 sec. 3(3)(d), § 36 sec. 4, (viii) inserting in § 40, after sec. 7, a new sec. 8.

The foregoing amendments to the Company's Statute were made pursuant to Resolution Nos. 25-27 of the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. of 30 July 2020.

The wording of the amended or new provisions is presented in the attachment to this current report in the form of the consolidated text of the Statute, with all said amendments incorporated therein.
