The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 17 September 2020 the Company received a statement from the Minister of State Assets that on 16 September 2020 the Minister exercised his powers to appoint a Member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to § 24 sec. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association.

In accordance with these powers, Mr. Rafał Włodarski was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board as of 16 September 2020.

The remaining information on the newly appointed ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board Member will be published in a separate current report to be released promptly after the Company has obtained all pertinent information and statements.
