The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 22 July 2020 Mr. Zbigniew Piętka tendered his resignation from the function of Management Board Member for Corporate Matters, effective as of the close of business on 24 July 2020. Mr. Zbigniew Piętka did not disclose the reasons for his resignation.
