The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 30 June 2020 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Paweł Szczeszek to the position of President of the ENEA S.A. Management Board for the joint term of office commenced on the date of holding the Company's Ordinary General Meeting which approved the financial statements for 2018. The resolution came into force upon adoption.

Upon his appointment to the position of President of the Management Board, Mr. Paweł Szczeszek's mandate of a Member of the Company's Supervisory Board expired.

Attached hereto the Company provides information on the education, qualifications and positions held previously by Mr. Paweł Szczeszek along with a description of his professional career.
