The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports informs that on 4 June 2020 Mr. Mirosław Kowalik tendered his resignation from the position of President of the ENEA S.A. Management Board and from membership in the Company's Management Board effective as of 5 June 2020. Mr. Kowalik did not disclose the reasons for his resignation.

On the same date, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to second, starting 6 June 2020, Mr. Paweł Szczeszek, Supervisory Board Member, to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the ENEA S.A. Management Board until the appointment of a new President of the Company's Management Board, but no longer than for a period of three months from the date of his secondment.

Mr. Szczeszek was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board on 27 May 2020, which fact was disclosed by the Company in Current Report No. 20/2020. Attached hereto the Company provides information on his education, qualifications and positions held previously along with a description of his professional career and the required declarations submitted by him in connection with his appointment to the Supervisory Board.
