Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 7 April 2020 on setting other time limits for reporting and disclosure obligations, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Issuer") hereby reports that it has decided to change the date of publication of its separate and consolidated annual report for 2019 from 14 May 2020 to 4 June 2020.

At the same time, the Issuer hereby reports that the date of publication of its consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 has been changed from 22 May 2020 to 18 June 2020.
