Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 7 April 2020 on setting other time limits for reporting and disclosure obligations, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that it has decided to change the date of publication of its separate and consolidated annual report for 2019 from 23 April 2020 to 14 May 2020.

Detailed legal basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
