Acting pursuant to § 80 item 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information [...] ("Regulation"), the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Issuer") hereby announces the publication dates of interim financial reports in 2020.
Extended consolidated quarterly reports including non-consolidated quarterly financial statements:
QCR for Q1 2020 - 22 May 2020
QCR for Q3 2020 - 26 November 2020
Extended consolidated semi-annual report including condensed non-consolidated semi-annual financial statements:
SACR for H1 2020 - 3 September 2020
Annual report:
R - non-consolidated annual report for 2019 - 26 March 2020
CR - consolidated annual report for 2019 - 26 March 2020
The Issuer also declares its intention of continuing the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports including condensed quarterly financial statements mentioned in § 62 item 1 of the Regulation and of an extended consolidated semi-annual report including condensed semi-annual financial statements mentioned in § 62 item 3 of the Regulation.
The Issuer announces that in accordance with § 79 item 2 of the Regulation the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports (QCR) for Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.
Additionally, the Issuer informs that the consolidated report on payments for the public administration mentioned in §61 item 4 of the Regulation will be published along with the consolidated annual report, i.e. on 26 March 2020.
