The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 15 July 2019 the Company was informed that on 12 July 2019 the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("Court") registered amendments to the Company's Statute.
According to the information obtained by the Company, the Court registered the Statute including changing the wording of § 11 item 4 and item 5, adding item 3 to § 12, changing the wording of § 20 item 2 subitem 1) and subitem 10), adding subitem 13) to § 20 item 2, changing the wording of § 20 item 3 and item 4, and changing the wording of § 36. The amendments to the Company's Statute indicated hereinabove were made pursuant to Resolutions Nos. 36 - 44 of the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. of 20 May 2019.
The Company reports the wording of the changed or new provisions in the consolidated text of the Statute including the aforementioned amendments attached to this current report.
