The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 20 May 2019 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions on changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.:
From the Supervisory Board of the Company was dismissed the hitherto Member of the Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Paweł Koroblowski.
With effect from 21 May 2019 were appointed the following Members of the Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office:
- Mr. Michał Dominik Jaciubek,
- Mr. Maciej Mazur,
- Mr. Mariusz Pliszka,
- Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda, who was simultaneously entrusted with the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Mr. Paweł Andrzej Koroblowski,
- Mr. Roman Stryjski, as an independent member,
- Mr. Ireneusz Kulka, as a member having knowledge and skills in accounting or auditing financial statements,
- Mr. Piotr Mirkowski, as an independent member,
- Mr. Paweł Jabłoński.
The other information on the newly appointed Members of the Company's Supervisory Board will be published in a separate current report upon obtaining the relevant information and representations by the Company.
