The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that in relation to the information on preliminary financial results for the year 2018 published by the subsidiary LW "Bogdanka" S.A. ("LWB") in Current Report No. 2/2019 of 18 January 2019, the Company commenced, on the aforementioned date, analysis to determine the impact of that information concerning the Mining area on the financial statements of ENEA Capital Group. The Issuer will inform forthwith about the completion of the analysis and the results thereof by way of a separate current report.

The Issuer also informs that detailed information and explanations concerning the preliminary financial results of the Mining area for the year 2018 were published by LWB in Current Report No. 2/2019 of 18 January 2019.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
