In relation to Current Report No. 50/2018 of 24 September 2018, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("the Issuer") hereby informs that on 28 December 2018 the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution whereby it granted consent to Elektrownia Ostrołęka Sp. z o.o. ("the Company") issuing a notice to proceed (NTP) with the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant.
Thereafter, the Issuer received information that on 28 December 2018 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted a resolution whereby it granted consent to issuing a notice to proceed with the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant.
Furthermore, the Issuer hereby informs that it received information from the Company's Management Board that on 28 December 2018 the Company issued a notice to proceed with the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant for the general contractor: the Consortium of GE Power Sp. z o.o. - the Consortium Leader and ALSTOM Power Systems S.A.S.
