Acting pursuant to § 19 item 1(12) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information [...], the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that, with regard to the request for information filed by a shareholder of the Company outside of the general meeting, the Issuer attaches hereto the requested information as provided to the shareholder of the Company on this day under Art. 428 § 6 of the Commercial Companies Code.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
