With reference to the Current Report No. 34/2018 on amendments to the Statute made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. on 28 May 2018 ("EGM") and to the Current Report No. 54/2018 on registration of amendments to the Company's Statute, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that, acting under the authority of the EGM, on 18 October 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution concerning determination of the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A., taking into account the content of resolutions concerning amendments to the Statute published in the aforementioned Current Report No. 34/2018.
The Company attaches the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A. to this Report.
