With reference to the Current Report No. 34/2018 on the content of resolutions on amendments to the Statute made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. on 28 May 2018, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Issuer", "Company") hereby informs that on 10 October 2018 the Company was informed that on the same day the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("Court") registered amendments to the Company's Statute.

According to the information obtained by the Company, the Court registered an amendment consisting in repealing § 20 item 2 subitem 2, changing § 20 item 5 subitem 5, changing § 23, repealing § 40 item 4, changing § 40 item 5 and adding § 40 item 7.

The wording of the Statute's amended provisions was reported in the aforementioned Current Report No. 34/2018.

The amendments to the Company's Statute indicated hereinabove were made pursuant to the Resolution No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. of 28 May 2018.
