In relation to the current report No. 21/2018 on amendments to the Statute by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. held on 16 April 2018 and to the current report No. 29/2018 on registration of amendments to the Company's Statute, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 23 May 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution concerning determination of the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A., with the list of amendments as indicated in the above-mentioned current report No. 21/2018.

The Company provides the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A. in the attachment to this report.
