In relation to the Current Report No. 22/2018 dated 16 April 2018 on changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby informs that Mr Paweł Jabłoński has received a positive opinion of the Council for Companies with State Treasury Shareholding and State Legal Entities and therefore it reports, in an attachment to this report, additional information on the education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of his professional career, provided by Mr Paweł Jabłoński, who was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.

Pursuant to the representation made, Mr Paweł Jabłoński has not conducted, in any form, any competitive activity towards ENEA S.A. He has not participated in any competitive company as a partner of a civil company, as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of a joint stock company and has not participated in any other competitive legal person as a member of its bodies. Mr Paweł Jabłoński is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept based on the act on the National Court Register.
