The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that in relation to the information about the Q1 2018 preliminary financial results made available to the public in the current report No. 10/2018 of 13 April 2018 by the subsidiary LW "Bogdanka" S.A. ("LWB"), the Company commenced on the aforesaid date the assessment procedure of the impact of the aforementioned information concerning the Mining area on the financial statement of ENEA Group. The Issuer shall inform about the conclusion of the assessment procedure and the results thereof forthwith by means of a separate current report.

At the same time, the Issuer reiterates that the detailed information and discussion of the Q1 2018 preliminary financial results generated in the Mining area were made available to the public by LWB in the current report No. 10/2018 of 13 April 2018.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
