In relation to the current report No. 45/2017 on amendments to the Statute by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A. on 28 December 2017 and to the current report No. 16/2018 on registration of amendments to the Company's Statute, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer, Company) hereby informs that on 12 April 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution concerning determination of the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A.

The Company provides the consolidated text of the Statute of ENEA S.A. in the attachment to this report.

At the same time, the Issuer reminds that the list of amendments made to the Company's Statute, alongside with an indication of provisions hitherto in force, was published as an attachment to the current report No. 45/2017 of 28 December 2017.
