In relation to the Current Report No. 45/2017 concerning amendments to the Statute made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A. on 28 December 2017, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer, Company) hereby informs that on 3 April 2018 the Company gained knowledge about the registration on 30 March 2018 by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznan, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Court), of amendments to the Company's Statute.

In accordance with information obtained by the Company, the Court registered amendments to § 5 by adding item 3 after item 2 and to § 11 item 2 by changing point 14 and adding point 15 thereafter. The amendments to the Company's Statute indicated hereinabove were introduced pursuant to, respectively, resolutions No. 4 and 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of ENEA S.A. of 28 December 2017.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the list of amendments made to the Company's Statute, alongside with an indication of provisions currently in force, was published as an attachment to the Current Report No. 45/2017 of 28 December 2017.
