In relation to the Current Report No. 10/2018 dated 22 March 2018, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports the additional information on the education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of professional career, provided by Mr Ireneusz Kulka, who was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.
Mr Ireneusz Kulka has vast and diverse expertise and know-how in Marketing and Sales, transition management and finance, complemented by experience in running the Technical Maintenance department.
