Enea Eco – new offer supporting the fight against smog

As announced, Enea expanded its offer with a new product promoting the increase of electricity consumption at night. The new offer - Enea Eco - has, thanks to preferential prices, to encourage customers to use electric heating and electric cars.

The product is intended for individual customers who consume energy for the needs of households connected to Enea Operator’s network. The idea of the product is to support an increase in energy consumption from 22:00 to 6:00. The new Enea product is to supplement the preferential solutions found in the distribution tariff of Enea Operator, which has been in use since 31 January 2018.

- It is an interesting alternative for those who want to start using electric heating in their homes or to charge electric vehicles during the night. Introduction of Enea Eco is the first stage of Enea's long-term activities, affecting the Customer awareness of environmental protection and the fight against smog. We care about the comfort of our Customers, but also the environmental aspect and improvement of air quality is important for us - said Piotr Adamczak, vice-president of Enea for commercial issues.

As a result of the combination of preferential energy prices in the product and distribution rates, the additional kilowatt-hour consumed at night will be significantly cheaper than during the day.

Enea Eco product is available at Enea's Customer Service Centres from 31 January this year.

Enea assumes a comprehensive approach to ecology. Therefore, Enea Smart product already known to Customers will soon be expanded with an additional package - Heating. It is a response to the demand of Customers looking for solutions that allow for effective and comfortable (remote and programmable) control of the home heating system. Thanks to this package, Enea's Customers will be able to e.g. remotely control the room temperature, which will allow for greater efficiency, savings and better comfort. The Heating package, like the other packages from the Enea Smart line, will be available at the Customer Service Centres and will be available for purchase in a month.
