The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company, "Issuer") informs that on 28 December 2017 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. ("EGM"), adopted a resolution based on which Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda was nominated into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board. At the same time, EGM appointed Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda to hold the position of the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Information relating to the education, qualification and professional experience, as well as required statements are attached by the Issuer to this current report.
