The Management Board of Enea S.A. (the "Company") would like to inform that on 27 December 2017, the Company has received the resignation of Ms. Małgorzata Niezgoda from her position as Member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A., effective as of 27 December of this year. Ms. Małgorzata Niezgoda has until now served as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Company. No reason has been given for the resignation.
