The Management Board of Enea S.A. in relation to the current report No. 10/2016 of 4 March 2016 informs that on 12 December 2017 LW "Bogdanka" S.A. ("LWB") informed on its intention to recognise in the financial statements for 2017 the reversal of the impairment of fixed assets recognised in the financial statements for 2015. The event will however have no impact on the non-consolidated result of Enea S.A. and the consolidated result of Enea Capital Group in 2017.

Detailed information on the circumstances relating to the above operation were published by LWB in the current report No. 29/2017 of 12 December 2017.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
