The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 29 September 2017 the Company received the statement of the same date of Mr. Rafał Szymański delegated by the Supervisory Board of the Company to temporarily hold the position of the Member of the Management Board of Enea S.A. for Corporate Affairs regarding the resignation from the delegation to hold the above mentioned position effective as of 1 October 2017. Mr. Rafał Szymański stated that the resignation was made due to personal reasons.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
