In relation to the current report No. 23/2017 of 27 June 2017 regarding the amendment to the Statute of Enea S.A. (Company) made by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. on 26 June 2017 (OGM) the Company's Management Board informs that Enea S.A.'s Supervisory Board, during its meeting on 24 August 2017, adopted a resolution regarding the determination of the consolidated text of Enea S.A.'s Statute. The Company additionally explains that the above mentioned consolidated text will be effective as of the date of registering the amendments in Enea S.A.'s Statute adopted by OGM with the business register of the National Court Register.

The consolidated text of Enea S.A.'s Statute is attached to this current report.
