In relation to the current report No. 21/2017 of 13 June 2017 regarding draft resolutions submitted by a Shareholder, the Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company) informs that due to an editorial error the attachment to the aforementioned current report contained incorrect content of draft resolution regarding amendments to § 23 item 1 of the Company's Statute and the draft resolution regarding amendments to § 36 of the Company's Statute was not included at all.

The Company hereby attaches the corrected content of the two aforesaid resolutions.

The remaining part of the current report No. 21/2017, as well as its attachment remain unchanged.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
