In relation to the current report No. 20/2017 of 6 June 2017 regarding the request of the Shareholder relating to adding reported issues on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened for 26 June 2017 (OGM) the Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company) informs that on 12 June 2017 the Company received the letter from the Shareholder with draft resolutions for OGM on issues covered with the above mentioned request.

The Company attaches the content of draft resolutions and explanations received from the Shareholder to this current report.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
